Mr. Hoffman is a Colorado licensed attorney and a graduate from the University of Denver College of Law. Mr. Hoffman received his Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Mr. Hoffman is a member of the Colorado , Weld County , and Real Estate Bar Associations. Mr. Hoffman has passed the CPA exam, however is not currently licensed as a CPA.

Prior to joining the Grant-Dickson Law Firm, Mr. Hoffman was employed for over 10 years at PeopleSoft, Inc., a $3 billion enterprise software company. Mr. Hoffman was also employed for 4 years at Reynolds Metals Company, a $6 billion manufacturing and consumer product's company.

Mr. Hoffman's areas of professional responsibility included: contract interpretation, coordinating bankruptcy activity, commercial litigation and arbitration, negotiating settlement actions, ensuring compliance with international statutory regulations, conducting financial analysis for merger and acquisition purposes, ensuring compliance with sections 305 and 404 of the Sarbanes/Oxley act, and financial preparation and analysis.

Mr. Hoffman currently practices in the following areas of law: business, real estate, employment, family, and criminal law matters.
