Prior to that, Mr. Grant joined
Mr. Grant has extensive experience in the areas of business and real estate litigation, employment disputes and litigation, contract interpretation and disputes, criminal defense, family law matters, and municipal law. While serving as Greeley Assistant City Attorney, Mr. Grant handled litigation in a wide variety of civil matters. In addition, Mr. Grant provided legal opinions to a variety of government entities including: Greeley Police Department, Historic Preservation Commission, Poudre River Trail Corridor Board, Liquor Board, Greeley Fire and Rescue, Greeley Planning Department, and the Cultural Affairs board. As the designated local government official, Mr. Grant also drafted new procedural rules for the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.
